What is the first thing I should do when I receive the Keys or sign for my new property
Check to see if your solicitors are arranging for your services to be connected
If this is not part of their service what should I do?
Absolute can arrange for all services connections (50 Euros per service)
Why is this so important at such an early stage?
Without any services you can not clean or carry out any initial fixings
What would be the initial Fixings?
Ceiling lights, bathroom accessories like shower screens or cubicles and curtain poles
Can Absolute do these fixings?
We have our OWN staff who handle ALL these jobs and more
If I would like air conditioning, mosquito nets, or Sky TV can any of these be done at the same time
Yes, this is an ideal time for these to be installed whilst the property is still empty
Can Absolute supply any of these?
Yes of course, also canopies, awnings, extensions to patios and more
What kind of awnings or canopies are available?
It is not always what is available, rather what is allowed. Most developments are governed to the type, colour and size. We would discover the styles permitted then advise to the best design for your property.
OK what is the next step?
Well now all the fittings have been completed your property will require a FULL clean.
As your installation guys made the mess surely this would already be done?
We understand your comments but our guys will clean and tidy after they finish but we mean clean the other mess left by the developers
Was it not clean when you entered the property?
Well the best you can do with a mop. All new properties are meant to be handed to you clean but they never are. There is always grout marking the walls in the bathrooms, cementresidues on tiled floors and patios, paint or plaster marks around window frames and shutters and then the kitchen cupboards and windows all need to be cleaned thoroughly.
Is this a long job?
We like to allow our cleaners on average two days to give a two bedroom property a FULL show house clean.
Right we have had all the fixing done its all nice and clean can we now put the furniture in?
Yes of course. If you ordered your furniture with us we will deliver, unwrap and install

Well there is all your bed linen, towels curtains and kitchenware.
Oh yes we forgot about that, I suppose that is left for us to unwrap and put away?
No Absolute do EVERYTHING, we will dress your beds display the towels hang the curtains and wash and store all your kitchenware
This service sound fantastic but will this work out more expensive using Absolute?
We at Absolute obviously have to build our services into the total cost but due to our buying power this is often absorbed by the customer in the total price. At the end of the day how many trips would you have to make sourcing the many products and how many different tradesmen will you need to complete a whole property? Once you are enjoying your property should a problem occur you only need one Phone number ABSOLUTE as we handled the whole installation we are the company that fix it, we are local and contactable seven days a week.
