- Installation of Light fittings, curtain poles, bathroom accessories, shower cubicles and enclosures ALL done by OUR IN HOUSE FITTERS.
- Assistance with matching Curtains and bedding with our expert staff to match the decor of the bedrooms and lounges. ALL Curtains are fitted so NOT to drag on the floor.
- A FULL professional clean of the property to remove all the cement, grout and silicon residues left behind by the builders. All window are polished. Cupboards and bathrooms made ready for use.
- Updates with pictures showing any problems or snags noted by our fitters. Contact with developers to chase any snags that have been missed.
- Air conditioning, mosquito nets and awnings all supplied and fitted by professional fitters.
- All beds are dressed for your return, kitchenware cleaned and stored and the apartment dressed with many FREE accessories.
- After sales service. If you wish, once the property is finished we can then take care of it through our management company "Absolute Property Management" Should any problems occure we know your property inside out andwhere everything come from and how things were fitted. The same fitters can rectify any faults FAST or even just call to fix a sticky shutter.
